Psychological coaching is a confidential space to reflect, strengthen your inner clarity, and work through emotional challenges.
It differs from therapy in that it does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders. Coaching is future-oriented, resource-focused and suitable for people in transition or under emotional stress – but not in acute crisis.

I work with adults (18+) from diverse backgrounds – including internationals, expats, and people navigating life transitions, stress or identity questions.
I do not offer services for families or children.
I combine clinical expertise with a warm, flexible and respectful attitude. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs – with transparency, empathy, and full presence.
I work with evidence-based psychological methods and offer a space where you can be fully seen and supported, especially when navigating complexity across cultures or life roles.
Sessions are available in English or German, depending on your preference. You are welcome to switch languages at any time.

Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Together we can adjust the rhythm based on your needs and availability.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and psychological psychotherapist in Germany with clinical and private practice experience. My work is based on evidence-based methods and adapted to your unique situation.
I offer online psychological coaching and mental health support in English and German. My services are designed for people navigating stress, emotional challenges, cultural adjustment, and life transitions – whether you're an expat, international professional, or resident seeking a thoughtful, science-based approach.

The sessions are self-pay only. I do not work directly with insurance companies, however I recommend to check with your (international) health insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for our consultations.
Invoices are available upon request.
Your data and everything you share in session is treated with the utmost confidentiality. I use a GDPR-compliant video platform and handle your information responsibly and securely.
My services are not suitable for acute crises or psychiatric emergencies.
If you are in danger or need urgent mental health support, please contact local emergency services or a 24/7 crisis line in your area.
